Privacy Policy
Last updated 10 August 2026 · Applies to daisy1.dottyanddash.ai
This page explains what happens to information you give us, or that we collect automatically, when you use the Daisy landing page at daisy1.dottyanddash.ai. It is written to be read, not to be survived.
1. Who we are
GreetAI Ltd, trading as Dotty&Dash (“we”, “us”), is the data controller for the information described on this page. That means we decide why and how it is used, and we are responsible for it.
| Registered name | GreetAI Ltd |
|---|---|
| Trading as | Dotty&Dash |
| Company number | 16393572 |
| Registered address | 59b Halliford Street, London, England, N1 3EQ |
| Privacy contact | ben@dottyanddash.ai |
2. What we collect
Information you give us
The booking flow asks a short series of questions. Everything below is optional in the sense that you can stop at any point — but if you complete the flow, this is what we hold:
| Field | What it is |
|---|---|
| Agency name | Your estate agency's trading name |
| Patch | The town or postcode area you cover |
| Focus | What you want the content to concentrate on |
| First name | So we know who we are speaking to |
| Email address | To confirm the booking and send the finished month |
| Phone number | To reach you about the call |
| Social handle | The account you want content built for |
| Notes | Free text. Whatever you choose to type |
| Logo | Filename only. The image itself is not uploaded or stored |
| Chosen slot | Date, time and time zone of your call |
Please don't put sensitive information in the notes field. It is a free-text box, so we cannot control what goes into it. Please keep it to your agency and your content — not health, financial, or personal details about you or anyone else.
Information collected automatically
| Item | What it is |
|---|---|
| Visitor ID | A random identifier we generate and store in your browser, so we can recognise a returning visit and stitch your answers together. It is not your name and we cannot identify you from it alone. |
| Campaign tags | utm_source, utm_medium, utm_campaign, utm_content, utm_term — which ad or link brought you here |
| Referrer | The page you arrived from |
| Page | Which of our pages you were on |
| Browser info | Your user agent string (browser and operating system) |
| Country | Determined by our hosting provider from your IP address. We do not store your IP address itself. |
| Timestamps | When the record was created and last updated |
3. Partial answers — please read this one
Our booking flow saves your answers as you go, at each step, rather than only when you press a final button.
This means that if you enter your name and email and then close the page without booking, we will still hold what you entered up to that point. We do this so that a dropped connection doesn't lose your progress, and so we can follow up on genuine enquiries.
If you'd rather we didn't keep a partial entry, email us and we'll delete it. See Your rights.
4. Why we use it, and our lawful basis
Under UK GDPR we must have a lawful basis for each use. Ours are:
| What we do | Lawful basis |
|---|---|
| Arrange and run your call, and build your content month | Contract — steps taken at your request before entering a contract |
| Respond to an enquiry, including a partial one | Legitimate interests — running and following up on a business enquiry. You can object at any time. |
| Analytics, advertising cookies, the Meta pixel and measurement | Consent — and only after you have given it |
| Keeping records, and meeting legal or tax obligations | Legal obligation |
5. Cookies and similar technologies
We use a small number of items stored in your browser. Under UK law, anything that isn't strictly necessary needs your permission first — so nothing in the “Analytics” or “Advertising” rows below runs until you accept.
| Name | Type | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|---|
dd_lead | Strictly necessary | Holds your in-progress answers so the flow survives a refresh | Until cleared |
dd_visitor | Strictly necessary | The visitor ID that links your answers into one record | Until cleared |
dd_consent | Strictly necessary | Remembers your cookie choice, so we don't keep asking | 12 months |
_fbp | Advertising | Meta pixel — measures ad performance and lets us reach similar people | 3 months |
_ga, _ga_* | Analytics | Google Analytics — how the page is used, in aggregate | Up to 2 years |
You can change your mind whenever you like:
You can also clear or block cookies in your browser settings. The strictly-necessary items are needed for the booking flow to work, so blocking those may break it.
6. The Meta pixel, specifically
If you accept advertising cookies, we use Meta's pixel and Conversions API. In plain terms: when you take an action on this page — arriving, starting the flow, booking a call — we tell Meta that an action happened, so we can see which of our ads are working and stop paying for ones that aren't.
Where we send information to Meta from our own server (the Conversions API), contact details such as your email are hashed before they are sent — converted into an irreversible string. We do not send the free-text notes field to Meta at all.
Meta acts as an independent controller for some of this. You can review Meta's own explanation in their Privacy Policy, and control what you see using Meta's ad preferences.
7. Who we share data with
We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers who help us run this page and our business:
| Provider | What for |
|---|---|
| Cloudflare | Hosting, security, and the database this page writes to |
| Meta Platforms | Advertising measurement — only with your consent |
| Analytics — only with your consent | |
| Our email and CRM tools | Contacting you about your enquiry |
Booking is handled by us, not by a third party. The calendar on this page is our own — choosing a slot does not send your details to an external scheduling service.
We may also disclose information where we're legally required to.
8. International transfers
Some of these providers are based in, or store data in, the United States. Where information leaves the UK, it is protected by the UK International Data Transfer Agreement, the UK Extension to the EU–US Data Privacy Framework, or another safeguard recognised under UK law.
9. How long we keep it
| What | How long |
|---|---|
| Enquiries that don't become customers, including partial ones | 24 months from your last contact with us |
| Customer records | For as long as you are a customer, then 6 years — the period we must keep financial records for |
| Analytics and advertising data | As set out in the cookie table above |
When a retention period ends we delete the data or irreversibly anonymise it.
10. Your rights
Under UK GDPR you have the right to:
- Access — get a copy of what we hold about you
- Rectification — have anything inaccurate corrected
- Erasure — ask us to delete it
- Restriction — ask us to pause using it
- Portability — receive it in a portable format
- Object — object to processing based on legitimate interests, including direct marketing. If you object to direct marketing, we will stop.
- Withdraw consent — at any time, without affecting what was done before you withdrew it
To exercise any of these, email ben@dottyanddash.ai. We'll respond within one month. There's no charge.
11. Security
Data is transmitted over HTTPS and held in access-controlled systems. No system is perfectly secure, but we take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, and we will tell you and the ICO about a breach where the law requires it.
This page is aimed at businesses and is not intended for children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18.
12. Contact and complaints
Questions, requests, or complaints: ben@dottyanddash.ai.
If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the UK's regulator, the Information Commissioner's Office, at ico.org.uk/make-a-complaint or on 0303 123 1113. We'd appreciate the chance to put it right first.
Changes to this policy
If we change how we use your information we'll update this page and change the date at the top. Material changes will be brought to your attention.
